What to take when you feel bloated? | Try this Digestion Snack Recipe

DIGESTION SNACK:

  • 8 ounces water with lemon wedge
  • 8 ounces bone broth or bone broth protein
  • 20 almonds
  • Small apple
  • Handful of carrots
  • 2 stalks of celery
