Melina Fitness offers various Fit Camp courses throughout the year!  These courses typically last 5 weeks and combine intense weekly workouts along with nutritional guidance and personal goal coaching.

   More than 12 SESSIONS, 3 MONTHS of Fitness with Nutritional FitTox guidance.  Includes weekly check-ins with Melina Fitness, setting personal goals, weekly workout challenges, and weekly recipes!

   Please bring a mat or beach towel, jump rope, & a set of dumb bells of your choice.  Don't forget plenty of H2O & Sunscreen!  And come hydrated by drinking at least 2 glasses of water before your workout!

fit camp [fit-kamp]: Melina Fitness FULL body strength & conditioning FITNESS regimen that will force your body to BURN the maximum amount of FAT & CALORIES while building lean muscle tone and keeping your heart rate at 65% and higher!

FitTox [fit-tox]: A program designed for the above average, advanced, athletic, elite trainee who wants to take their physical and nutritional goals to the next level and improve their health even more.  It's a program that's designed to set you up for success even after you've completed the course.
